Shared Branching: IDCheck

Shared Branching: IDCheck is an easy, fast, and secure process used to validate your identity and prevent fraud.  Scan the QR code in-branch or visit verify.coop.org to authenticate your identity and provide a code to your teller prior to beginning your transaction.

Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.
Type your credit union's name and choose from the drop-down list.
Input you member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
Upload a photo of your ID.
Submit a selfie.
Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid or 20 minutes).

Bank Anywhere

You can make teller-assisted transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments at more than 5,000 participating Credit Union Shared Branches across the country (including NYC) just like you would at our own offices. And there’s no fee for this service!

Please Note: When an Actors FCU member makes a deposit at a Shared Branch credit union location, the funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Holds placed on deposits are determined by the Shared Branch credit union's funds availability policy, which may be different than Actors FCU's policy. Shared Branch credit union employees cannot remove holds for Actors FCU members. If you need assistance, please contact Actors FCU directly.
